THE DXN COMPENSATION PLAN OVERVIEW
Take note that this
section is just an overview of how the DXN
Compensation Plan works. When you become a
member or request for a personal visit from one of
MyDXN.com partners, they will explain to you in
detail how the plan works.
Just one thing to remember, all rebates, commissions,
incentives and bonuses are all based on a Point
Value (PV) system and not the actual amount
paid for the products. You may review the price list
section to see point value equivalents for each
product.
For the meantime, suffice it to say that you have the
following sources of income under this compensation
plan:
- Retail profit
- Personal rebates
- Overriding
commissions
- Development
bonuses
- Cell phone
incentive (given in cash)
- Travel incentive
(given in cash)
- Car and house
incentives (given in cash monthly); and
- Profit Sharing
(given in cash monthly)
RETAIL PROFIT
Retail Profit refers to the margin
you can earn from personally selling DXN Ganoderma
Products. For example if you buy the DXN Lingzhi
Coffee for P195.00, you sell it for P240.00. The
difference of P45.00 is your retail profit and you
can keep that for yourself.
PERSONAL
REBATES
Every month, DXN International will total all your
personal purchases for the month. Based on the
purchases of all your sponsored partners plus your
personal purchases, DXN will determine a standard
rate for you for that month that will be your rebate
for all your purchases for that month.
For example, if all your personal purchases for the
month totaled 10,000 points, and your rebate rate is
computed to be 15%, you will automatically get a
rebate of P1,500.
OVERRIDING
COMMISSIONS
Remember the simple secret to riches? Duplication?
Remember the logistical problems and expense of
duplication? Salaries and other operational
expenses?
As a DXN Member, all that is no longer a problem.
Because as a member, you don't have to setup an
office or shop and hire people. All you have to do is
sponsor people to sign up us a member and assist
them to duplicate their efforts just like you do.
Now every time your partners purchase from DXN (with
or without you knowing it) and every time they
sponsor their own partners (whom probably you
don't know anymore) you will always get an
overriding commission on all their purchases as long
as you maintain your own required
personal purchase level.
The overriding commission is automatically added to
your personal rebates and released as bonus checks
every 21st of every month.
DEVELOPMENT
BONUS
As you continue to grow your DXN business, you will
reach a certain point when all your accumulated
personal purchases plus your group's
accumulated purchases would total more than 60,000
points. When you reach this point, you will
automatically become a member of the DXN Star
group and your initial rank will be that of
a Star Agent.
As a Star Agent your personal rebates will be fixed
at 25% of all your personal purchases. It doesn't
matter anymore if your group is not producing, as
long as you are producing and maintaining your
required personal purchase volume, you will always
get 25% from your personal purchases!
Inevitably, one of your partners will also become a
member of the Star group and become a Star Agent
himself. When this happens, besides the overriding
commission you earn from his production and the
production of his group, you also get an additional
5% Development Bonus.
Your Star Agent's group will also eventually produce
its own Star Agents. For every Star Agent developed
by your Star Agent, you automatically get a 4% bonus
on their purchases as well. It goes on to the 3rd
generation with a 3% bonus, to the 4th generation
with a 2% bonus and finally to the 5th generation
where you'll receive a 1% bonus.
For Star group members beyond your 5th generation,
you'll just continue to receive the overriding
commission infinitum.
CELL PHONE
INCENTIVE
When you have successfully developed at least 3
Star Agents under your group, You automatically
become a Star Ruby. Once this
happens, you will receive a Cell Phone
Incentive worth P10,500.00 that will be
given to you in cash as part of your bonus check for
the month when your Star Agents developed.
TRAVEL
INCENTIVE
Simply develop and add 2 more Star Agent from your
existing 3 Star Agents and you automatically receive
a Travel Incentive worth P70,000 in
cash. Again, to be given as part of your bonus check
on the month when you've successfully developed your
additional Star Agents.
CAR AND
HOUSING INCENTIVE
Develop 7 Star Agents and you become a Star
Pearl. Develop 12 Star Agents and you become
a Star Diamond. Being a Star Pearl
or Star Diamond, you'll be entitled to a car
and housing incentive based on a standard
rate applied to the total worldwide sales of DXN in
point value divided among all Star Pearls and Star
Diamonds all over the world.
The maximum amount a Star Pearl can receive as a car
and housing incentive is P25,000 per month.
While the maximum amount a Star Diamond can receive
as a car and housing incentive is P50,000 per
month.
PROFIT SHARING
Annually, DXN International will share its overall
annual profit with all Star Pearls and Star Diamonds.
Using a standard factor applied to the total
worldwide sales of DXN in point value, all Star
Pearls will receive 1.5% of that figure while Star
Diamonds will receive 3%.
As you can clearly
see, with the DXN Compensation Plan, you can easily
earn a substantial amount of income as long as you maintain
and duplicate your efforts
with other people.
Also, when you realize that what you're sharing with
other people is not only the Gift of Good
Wealth but also the Gift of Good
Health, the fulfillment you will feel will
be far more rewarding than any amount of money can
ever pay!
