Before you fill up the application form, please take
time to read the following Terms and Conditions for
membership.
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
"I shall abide by the Company's Basic
Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics"
Basic Policies and Procedures:
1. Anyone of legal age
(18 years old and above) may become a DXN independent
distributor.
2. To become a DXN
distributor, one has to complete and sign a
distributor application form and forward the same to
head office (Philippines) with the prescribed
membership fee.
3. The distributor is
required to attend the basic orientations seminar at
the head office, service centers or branches on
scheduled dates and time.
4. Legal spouses are
required to register as one.
5. A distributor will
be given a distributor starter kit with the following
contents:
- Sales bag
- Distributor's
manual
- Company Profile
- Product flyers
- Recruitment
Brochure
- DXN Sticker
- Application form
- DXN ID Card
- Distributor /
Customer Price lists
- Training schedule
- BFAD CPR
- Checklist
6. All purchases by a
distributor must be made directly form DXN head
office, service centers, branches or through service
leaders by presenting an official distributor ID
card.
7. As a rule, the
company will not entertain any request for change of
sponsor.
8. Corporations,
cooperative, partnership or any other entity may not
register as a distributor.
9. Distributors in the
level of Star Pearl and above are not allowed to be
involved directly or indirectly in other
direct-selling of multi-level marketing companies.
10. Membership with
DXN is lifetime - no yearly renewal of membership is
necessary. However, in case of dormancy or
non-activity of the distributor for a continuous
period of six (6) months, he/she is obligated to
attend a re-orientation seminar to update the
distributor on changes which may have taken place
during his/her period of inactivity. When dormancy or
non-activity of the distributor is 12 months or more,
he/she will be required to purchase products worth
850PV in a single cash bill in order to activate
his/her distributorship. Failure to do so will render
the concerned distributor to in-active status.
11. DXN's concept of
"One World One Market" allows registered
distributors to sponsor people from all international
countries where DXN branches exist.
12. There is no
demotion of status or level in the network hierarchy.
13. DXN accepts cash,
manager's check, cashier's check as forms of payment.
14. Distributor's
monthly bonuses together with a computerized
print-out of a distributor's earning and downline
activity are released every 20th of the month.
15. The company
reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations
without prior notice. However, the company will
exhaust every effort to announce such amendments to
all affected parties before implementation in the
soonest possible time.
DXN
Code of Ethics: "The Golden Rules"
1. I will represent
myself as an independent distributor and not as an
employee of DXN International Private Ltd.
2. I will not
participate in any deceptive practice or unlawful
activity detrimental to DXN's interest.
3. I will present DXN
products and DXN marketing plan in accordance with
the official training and support materials offered
by DXN.
4. I will make product
comparisons fairly, factually and will refrain form
negative remarks about competitive products or
companies.
5. I will make every
effort to resolve customer complaints promptly and
fairly, and honor any guarantee that exist.
6. I will treat other
DXN distributors as an extension of my own family,
dealing fairly and not interfering with their active
customers or distributors.
7. I will protect and
defend DXN from persons who may malign the company or
management.
8. I will sell the
products at its customer price as fixed by the
company therefore I will not raise or lower the price
of any product.
9. I will attend
company sponsored activities that may be scheduled
from time to time and will actively participate in
the company programs to the benefit of my DXN
business and associates.
10. I will respect
company policies, rules and regulations and will
abide by them.
11. I will not
register or build up a group under a fictitious name
or by using a dummy which is against the policy of
the company. This is referred to as invalid
sponsoring.
Invalid
Sponsoring:
a. When you
sponsor a distributor from other DXN group with
your full knowledge and that of the sponsored
party.
b. When you
sponsor a spouse whose spouse is already a
registered DXN distributor with your full
knowledge and that of the sponsored party.
c. When you
register yourself or any person as a distributor
under a fictitious or assumed name with a
falsified signature.
Penalties
for A & B:
1. Distributor of
sponsor and sponsored party may be suspended or
revoked immediately.
2. Distributorship
of sponsor and sponsored party will be returned
to its original line of sponsorship including
his/her downlines.
3. Penalty or
termination letter will be sent to the offending
party.
4. No arrears
bonuses shall be considered for the offending
party.
5. Management
decision and interpretation on this matter will
prevail.
Penalty
for C:
1. Distributorship
of sponsor and sponsored party may be suspended
or revoked immediately.

warrant and represent that I have read and fully
understood and hereby agree to comply with the Terms
and Conditions set by DXN International Pte. Ltd.
